SI Ranks Us 9th

SI thinks that we'll be in the lottery again, losing out to the Nets (?) and Magic (??). Here are the full 2004 rankings. Alrightythen.

In the print version, the opposing team's scouts site the usual concerns about Ricky's head (must have been a Cavs scout) and question the drafting of Delonte West - seems logical that another team's scout doesn't like him considering that they didn't draft him.
