Reserve guard Antonio Burks could also come to the Heat in that deal and subsequently head to the Celtics. Miami's Qyntel Woods could complete the deal.

I assume he means that Woods would go to the Griz.

Also, to clarify what Russillo was saying and is mentioned in this article, the C's could get a fat $6M+ trade exception to use whenever they wanted. This could bring in more value down the line.
