Big Al Misses Practice
It didn't sound too bad the first time I read it, but it is something to keep an eye on (as if we need any more bad news). The Herald reports:
Al Jefferson celebrated his 22nd birthday by sitting out yesterday’s practice because of a sore right hamstring.
Though Jefferson first felt soreness three games ago, he shrugged off the injury’s significance.
His coach wasn’t as calm.
“That’s a concern, because he’s been complaining about it,†said Rivers.
By the way, happy birthday Al.

Why would anyone be surprised when a 16 minute a game guy starts playing double the minutes, as the focus of the offense, and tweaks a hamstring? As long as Carlos Boozer’s doctors aren’t handling him, we should see him out there soon. Unless sitting him is past of the Tanking Plan. If that is the case, it would explain why Wally is getting so much playing time.

Yeah Mikeford….great idea
Lets ship off Big Al just as he begins to play great. Then we are left with Perk and Gomes and what Scal to roam the paint. I can see the championship bannners rolling in now! Get a grip he has a sore hamstring thats all. And by the way half the league’s star players are injured do you think they should all be traded too? When can we sign you to replace Ainge.
