The presence or absence of Perk wasn’t listed among the 10 reasons that the Celtics won last night. Perk had a reasonably good game but it’s becoming obvious that the “big three” are the cornerstones.
BBaby showed rookie confusion in where he was supposed to play on the floor. His interior roaming away from the basket compromized possible rebounding position.
Since he hasn’t played much with the starting 5 I can’t be overly critical. All in all, he did put in a decent showing but we need to expect more rebounding from him as he acclimates to the offense and to the “big three”.

moskqq – There you go again!! What is up?! ‘’It is becoming obvious that the big three are the cornerstones’’. How long did it take you after we had them to realize that?! Did you think that Rondo and Perk and Ray were the cornerstones for awhile and that KG and PP were just fillers?! Come on Mr. Obvious. You can and have done better than that.
BB on that note will not be playing with the starting 5. In fact, if we keep this starting 5 he will never play with them. He is a PF and KG fills that slot. He wil never take the spot away from him. We don’t want KG playing center, and BB is too small to play center so he is a bench player for at least 3-4 years. If he doesn’t make his impression with the 2nd unit he will never make one. Look for him to get traded at some point this year or next to a team who can give us something we feel we are missing if it doesn’t all come together.
I like Big Baby, I see a little Charles Barkley in the bambino. Baby would be the favorite in an eating contest.
