Tim Duncan is the best defensive player in the NBA and has been for a long time. I think he’ll get a lot more recognition than he has in the past after his performances in the playoffs which opened the eyes of analysts accross the country who now know just how impressive a defensive player he is. It would be a travesty if he doesn’t win it during his career.

In response to the BC Sports column about the last team with three 20 ppg scorers, the writer fails to realize that Danny Manning and Dominique Wilkins never played together on that Clipper team…because they were traded for one another.

I noticed that right away because I’ve always been a fan of Wilkins, and I thought the Hawks were stupid to do that trade because they had a legit shot at competing for a title that year.
