The cost of Gerald Green. Green Bandwagon Note - I tend to agree with Ziller on this one and believe that Al Jefferson made the right choice. Just look at how many prominent guys from the 2004 NBA draft have not signed deals yet. Josh Smith comes to mind. And there are others. There will only be so much money this summer. And when this deal ends Jefferson will be in his prime and able to sign one more big contract. Look at a guy like Chauncey Billups who just signed his first big deal at this point in his career. Hitching your wagon to Minnesota? That's a whole other story.
