Another Day, Another W

It doesn't matter who the opponent is. It doesn't matter that Ray Allen sat out the game. This team just keeps rolling. Big night for Pierce who picked up the scoring slack. Big night for Rondo who was all over the court. The usual effort from KG, playing lockdown defense. Another huge 3rd quarter, which I'm going to go ahead and give credit to Doc for making adjustments to what the Bucks were doing (including a straight zone D).
Redd was oddly quiet and Yi looked like a lost rookie, but the Bucks were scrappy in the first half. I remember when we were scrappy for partial games. Now we're solid for whole games. And that is why we win.

The title was going to be my comment. Great game by that other Allen guy. Rondo keeps surprising me with how quick he can turn on his jets. Pruitt looked fast while he was out there. Wow.

TA had a good game tonight. Maybe this Ray Ray layover will help him get his A game back?

Is it just me or does it seem like every time Tony Allen starts he plays about 1000% better than he does coming off the bench?
It just seems like he needs to get into the flow of the gane right from the get go and this allows him to tune into the pace of the game and stay in tune for the whole time he is on the court.
When he is on the bench and then comes into the game, it is always a bit “hit and miss” as to which Tony turns up to play. The energised, attack minded Tony or the mistake prone, second guessing himself Tony.
I wonder if Ray could handle coming off the bench? A wild thought I know, but mmmmmmmmmmmm……..
PP is a legend. Said it once said it a million times. KG holds this team together on the defensice end, but Paul is, in my opinion, the heart and soul of this team in every other area.
Together they are just a dream match, with both ends of the court nicely taken care of.
19 -2 , 19 – 2 , 19 – 2, I never get tired of looking at their record. It’s been a while, you know what I mean?
Go the Green !!!!!
Love your work.
Cheers

On TA—it seems like his injury is forcing him to improve other parts of his offensive game. The 3 on 1 break where he passed back to KG wouldn’t have happened last year (with someone other than KG). He also seems to have a better handle on the ball. His overall passing ability and court awareness seems better. When he gets his explosiveness back he’s going to be tough. Great game by PP last nite. He’s playing according to the situation at hand—need points, he gets points,—need defense, he shuts down Artest or someone else,—-rebounds, passing, etc.
