Quote Of The Year (So Far)
From The Star Ledger (hat tip Kelly Dwyer):
Kevin Garnett says, "We do so many defensive drills in practice, I come home and I'm putting the press on my woman, denying her the ball. Y'all are laughing, but it's sad. I go home and deny the wing."

As I’ve said before, you never want to deny your woman the ball, especially when you are putting the press on her. You get where I’m going with that? ;)

If KG would have thrown in some salmon and mash potatoes and given his woman a Tommy Point, I would say it’s time to take a holiday.

Shows they practice more than just man to man defense.

HA HA! That was classic. I thought this one with Craig Sager after the Knicks massacre was pretty good too:

Coaches can preach defense all they want. If the best player
doesn’t buy into it it is for naught. Garnett takes pride in his D and his peer pressure is effective.
