Perk is a beast! His comments just prove, once again, what a competitor he is. I really hope that his poor play IS a result of his foot injury. Coming into this year I was going to be happy with 8 ppg 8 rpg and 2 bpg. I still think he could be that player, and I hope we see that coming into the end of the year and into next season.

I love that NY Sun article. It’s the only one I’ve ever read outside of Boston papers that describes the Boston situation as it is … the final year of a rebuilding plan with several things that favor a big turn-around next year: 1) return to health of Pierce, Wally, Allen 2) High draft pick 3) Development of youth – which could lead to trade for veteran. And, it fails to mention a single move that would be worth 5-10 games. Firing Doc! C’s will be good next year. Mark my words!

Am I the only one who doesnt like Gasol that much? What has he ever done that is so impressive that we would give up possibly Al Jefferson for him?
