Maybe not his most memorable play as Bird overshadows, but this was all I could think of from about 4pm on today. You'll be missed DJ.

DJ’s basket was not easy but was overshadowed by Bird’s steal. One great play executed by two great players. And Johnny’s cal…. a clasic!

What impresses me most about this play is that after making the big basket, DJ didn’t celebrate, but immediately turned to cover the inbound pass. There was 1 second left and his first thought was defense. Now that is a pro.

those that vote in the hall of fame should be ashamed as they never enshrined DJ before his untimely demise..Bill simmons did a well thought article on this and its pathetic that DJ is not in Springfield yet.
