I think this blog has enough posters that are sick of Doc to tip that poll in favor of getting rid of Doc.

the nba draft.net article is pretty good, particularly what he said about volume scorers vs. efficient offensive players. his critique of antoine’s game was 100% accurate. anybody can score a lot of points if they take a lot of shots.

Time makes everyone a veteran. Perk will have 4 years, Al, West and TAllen will have 3 years. Pierce, and Wally have 7-8 . How much time makes a veteran valuable. And would you rather have Al Jefferson with 3 years or Eddy Curry with 7. We need more and better talent, not more experience.

Really sorry to see you’ve lost the faith Jeff. It is certainly consistent with your last two months of receding spirits but sad non-the-less. I’m with Elrod. I watch with equal parts of agony and delight at the kids faltering progress but am infinitely more pleased at their efforts than the max-out at mediocrity of the previous versions since the finish of the Big Three.

I do think that Danny will pull the trigger at the right 2- or 3-for-1 upgrade. I don’t however think I’ve seen the right one go by (and am eternally grateful that AI wasn’t tried). In Danny I trust.
