Good win.
Once again, Doc decided to go small with 5mins left in the game and once again it was the wrong decision. AL/KP were dominating the defensive boards and for whatever reason Doc decided to go small(oh, and with Rondo’s 14rb in the bench). This victory was won purely by effort and heart…not coaching. I give Doc credit for the first 3qtrs, but I can’t give him credit for closing the game…
..anyways, that was an awesome victory
doc went small because san antone went small. he kept rondo out so spurs would not sag off him. of course rondo would have penetrated and he would have rebounded. pp made very tough 1 on 1 shots to win the game, but how many times have we seen him miss those shots, and if he did miss there would have been no one to rebound. i can see doc’s logic, but i still think it was a losing logic. we won,but look at our record; how many like that have we lost /
