I don’t think he did his homework," Marbury added. “We’re putting out the same stuff he’s putting out, just at an affordable price. But I understand that he’s got to say that because it’s part of the business.”
James said Wednesday he would never have a discount line.
“Me being with Nike, we hold our standards high. And we do a great job of putting out great merchandise, great shoes. It does come with a price that is pretty high, but at the same time you’re getting great quality for it.”
Was never a Lebron fan. Can’t put my finger on why, I just never liked him (although I agree he is a great player). Now I have a legitimate reason for not liking him. ;D
Pro basketball players talking about the quality and pricing of their shoes.. what a waste of time.
i agree with Gomes, i want to see the current crop develop together. I too think Perkins will improve a lot as his injuries go away.
I hope they shut down PP for the rest of the season and get Gomes and GG more playing time…
I am really getting excited about the Celtics future.
The Celtic’s future? Well lets see I don’t know if anbody read Jackie Mull’s article in the globe but the owners have a serious decision to make. If they want number 17 in the near future, then trade the 1or 2 pick if Durant and Oden come out for a KG type player. Then package a Jefferson and Theo’s expiring contact for a another veteran.
Or you build for the long haul and tade Pierce and then select Oden or Durant. A suggestion of Rick Adelman as a coach maybe a possibility. We shall see.
