I like how Doc credits himself with Piece’s play.lol I could have sworn PP was an all-star about to enter his prime before Doc arrived.

It isn’t often that I am right about anything, so I will take the opportunity to gloat. Anyone notice who Simmons’ Least Valuable Player was? That would be one Marcus Banks. You know the player who was going to be a star in the league if only Doc hadn’t not played him and messed him up. I think some people owe Doc an apology over that one. No coach was going to make Banks into an NBA player. Coaches can’t give brain transplants.

Same year as Gomes and the guard from Fla. were drafted I think? Danny had an agreement with the guard that he wanted to get out of to take Amir J. who ended up being picked by the Pistons.
