I have a new post over at Celtics Blog about the Celtics and international players. I was going to title it "The C's Hate Foreigners" but thought better of it. Meanwhile it's nice to put something there because if it gets torn apart in the comments section or subtly attacked on Celtics Doom I know what to work on. It's also a good reminder of why I write for SB Nation and not the Boston Globe. And if you thought I was spending all of my time making movies you were wrong. Enjoy.

I frequently lament the fact that the Knicks are perhaps the only team to never have a SINGLE decent foreign player at any point in history. Unless you count Patrick Ewing.

At least the C's got a good couple of years from Dino Radja.

Begs the question

This article begs the question, what exactly does Chris Wallace do for this team. Whenever we hear his name since Ainges arrival it usually has to do with overseas scouting. So what is he doing, sipping espresso, eat croissants and waiting for a real job to come his way on the Celtics dime?

Eating

I have heard some of the personalities on WEEI laughing about how much Wallace eats. I've heard his name rumored for a couple of other NBA jobs and I always pray that he gets one.
