When I saw “Barnes”, I instantly thought Matt Barnes, and wondered how I had missed seeing that on ESPN. Marvin makes a lot more sense, in all likelihood the most troubled Celtic of all time.

I also thought Matt Barnes when I saw the title. And I was going to say that explains his high energy. Who is this other Barns the title should be changed to Marvin Barnes so there is no confusion.

I guess you know you’re getting way over the hill when “Barnes” in a headline translates to fans on a Boston site as Matt Barnes and not the greatest college player ever in New England!

Yes, I remember when Barnes was accused of hitting teammate Larry Kervitis with a tire iron, although Barnes denies it. Good article:
