Doc needs a little help: Wohl kicked upstairs

Correction: Doc needs to be replaced. Good that he’s only going to hire one replacement assistant. That should reduce the total of assistants to two for every active player.

The Real Gm evaluation of the draft day trades left out one thing about the Boston/Seattle deal. Seattle has put itself into the position the C’s were in when they started drafting the young guys. PP was the only vet (for practical) purposes on the team. By losing Allen and probably Lewis will not have (I think) any vets on the team. They’re putting all their chips on Durant. He’ll be surrounded by inexperienced players, some playing for contracts. This will all diminish the development of these players. I don’t think this bodes well for Seattle. But who cares, that’s their problem.
