Random Non Celtics Stuff

I love sports for any number of reasons, including Les Miles starting a feud with USC. It's hard for people from New England to take Pete Carrol's success seriously. And it's even harder to consider a situation in which one would be in any type of feud with the former Patriots coach. This kind of stuff puts a hop in my step.

Every now and then soemthing like the Dramatic Chipmunk comes along and takes the Internet by storm. When that happens I tend to get caught up in the fad. Long story short, enjoy:

Paging Rich Harden: Please, please, please stay healthy, dominate and silence your critics. Oh and carry my fantasy squad on your back the way Josh Beckett did to an extent back in 2005.

I'm hoping for 5 good starts

Harden has the ball today. If he wants to avoid "the next Mark Prior" tag now is the time to show it. But I'm realistic.

Yeah don't hold your breath

He got nailed for 4 runs today. 66 pitches in less than 3 innings. Harden is a bust. Billy Beane needs to let his machinations and love desires of certain players go and just trade some of these guys. Or in the case of Harden have realistic expectations.
