There’s an article by Bob Ryan in today’s Boston Globe about Harry Mangurian.
http://www.boston.com/sports/basketball/celtics/articles/2008/10/26/horseman_stabilized_celtics/. If not for this man we wouldn’t have had last season and we wouldn’t be glued to our TV sets on Tuesday night. Harry Mangurian saved the Boston Celtics and we all owe him our thanks and prayers.

Celtic's style...

Notice how many of those plays either featured 1) great defense initiating the offense, 2) hustle resulting in the offense, or 3) amazing and unselfish passing resulting in the offense. Tough to beat a team with those three traits.
