DJ Is A Finalist
FLCeltsFan points out that DJ is a finalist for the Hall of Fame.
One of the finalists for this year's Hall of Fame induction is Dennis Johnson. It has always seemed a disgrace to me that DJ wasn't inducted into the Hall of Fame when Larry Bird, Kevin McHale and Robert Parish. Joe Dumars was elected to the Hall and I would say that DJ deserved it just as much, or even more so.
A quick look at that stats page I told you about before shows that he has better numbers than Reggie Miller and several players already in the Hall. (I still don't know what formula they use, but it looks like a good swag to me)

Do people think that if had he not played for the C’s, then he’d be a lock for the Hall of Fame, not considered at all, or in a similar situation to today? People say he sacrificed his stats while playing with the Celtics and he was key to several championships. Thus, he should be in. But he seemed to peak as an individual player in Phoenix, where he was solid, but not unbelievable. So maybe he shouldn’t be considered. Thoughts?
Yay!!!!!!!!!
Long overdue!!!
Lawrence Taylor in Gym Shorts. He was maybe a tick or two behind Magic Johns.
One of the greatest players of all time!!!!
