Some very cool things starting to happen. Perk becoming a very strong rebounder and blocking shots. KG starting to score more. Overall team D improving from the mid-season drop. And, Rondo becoming a savvy pro right before our eyes.

what’s not to like. sure there are some rough spots to smooth out and new guys to work in. there may be better teams but… after the big 3, we now have the dynamic 2 or duo— rondo and perk who are maturing every game and also putting up good numbers. sure the last few games have been against non contenders but we play hard and we don’t look bored and we play the full roster.

Philly is a pretty decent team, hot and playing at home. The game seemed “in he bag” from the get go. I think we’re all running out of things to say. Tony Allen is intriguing. Sometimes not “on the reservation” but strong skills in complementary way. I don’t know how Doc narrows the rotation. Good players through #12. What a joy.

are we the only team that go 12 deep….i mean its rediculous that doc is having a hard time squeezing in minutes for everyone hence this teAM IS GETTING BORED we hear rumours of Ray allen/pp complains about touches, which IMO is completely baseless and perhaps taken out of context..must be a running joke that somehow misinterpreted.

Tommy talked about this on the post game show. Assuming PJ can get into shape we really are 12 deep. I know it’s tradition to narrow the rotation to 8 or 9 in the playoffs, but all these guys really contribute so why not let them play if only to rest the main guys for when really needed. I know how people feel about Scals, but I wouldn’t count him out. He can be a real good defender when he focuses on that in certain matchups. Eddie House is a streak shooter. If Cassell plays with House, making House play the 2 he would shoot better. Also, he shoots better when playing with KG. Then KG becomes the playmaker. House will be real important in the playoffs.

What is really impressing me is how the C’s are playing against inferior opponents. It’s really gotten into their heads that each game is important for THEM to improve. They really don’t care who they play. Winning is becoming a habit again in Boston. Niiice. We deserve it.

Yeah, 50 wins, but Doc is now 1 win away from being a .500 career coach! Congrats! Only another 300 or so (in a row, yeah) to catch Red!
