With the Bruins come from behind win, Manny's epic home run and another late Red Sox rally on Sunday it has been wild in Boston. And that's before tonight's game and Patriots Day - only one of the greatest days of the year - tomorrow. Meanwhile, it was great to catch Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce getting interviewed during the halftime of Lakers/Nuggets. Let's go Celtics.

Tonight

I am beside myself, The GF is away, I am on vacation and the Celts are in the playoffs. I cannot decide how to approach this and I think I may go the route I went for the Pats first SB win, I will watch the game, at home, alone and in the dark. I will be tortured by every bad play and exult for every great one. In short I am inexplicably excited about this game. I may not drink a beer until it is over.

Rondo is a nice player

But his name makes me laugh. His name, to me , sounds like a ephemism for being excited. As in: “That Pam Anderson gives me a Rajon Rondo”

Although I also had a lot of pizza for some reason. An unhealthy amount. As far as the game. I’m watching 76ers/Pistson and it’s safe to say that anything is possible.

Denver could have used him today. He’s tough, loves to rebound and may or may not be crazy. That Philly team can play. I saw them beat the Celtics live.

Celtics are already up 8-2 according to NBA.com. I guess we missed the start with the exciting finish in Detroit.

I love how Cassell struggled in his first couple of weeks with the Celtics. And then he just decided to shoot all the time. He rarely looks to pass but that’s fine, as that second unit can be offensively challenged at times.
