Yesterday Deadspin gleefully pointed out that "Celtics Eastern Conference Champions 2008" T-shirts were available. Detroit Bad Boys couldn't help but laugh.

Perhaps we'll get the last laugh though. Available online right now are the "Detroit Pistons Eastern Conference Champions Locker Room T-Shirts - PRE-ORDER NOW!!!" (hat tip to reader RL35 who pointed this out)

Really hoping we see these shirts going to clothe children in third world countries very soon.

At least we were the regular season conference (and NBA) champs. You get a trophy for that in soccer.

I’ve just realised we aren’t going to get a single call tonight as, after the controversial non-call last night, the NBA will ironically fix the game in order to hide the fact that they fix games.
