Boston Celtics: NBA Champions
Congrats to the Boston Celtics. They earned it and didn't leave any doubt about it. Well done. Much more later. For now I'm just going to watch the recap and figure out when the parade is.
Has a NBA coach ever gotten the Gatorade dump?

He deserved it
This was a great group of guys, from the coach down to the last man on the bench. Remember the Patriots coming on the field together for introductions a few years back and I kinda see this as comparable.

OMG
i was so wrong about rondo, he was beastly this last game, everyone was beastly.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!
Stats don't lie
the city is chaotic.
sitting on my stoop on Mass Ave and watching the chaos. My favorite moment so far. A guy who looked like he just fell out of a train car riding a bike way to big for hi
goes flying down the street yelling to nobody in particular “let’s go Celtics” his dirty mohawk flopping from side to side. Awesome night. Awesome year. Thank you Celts and Thank you Bandwagon. Now back to the near rioting.
I should have gone in
I’ll have to do the parade.
Green Bandwagon: Celtics '08 or bust. Are you on the bandwagon?
Congrats
I’m still sick that Sam Cassell has a ring now. Everyone else deserves one though. Good for you guys and my one Boston fan friend.

I miss typed
Cassell had two rings with the Rockets. I just didn’t like how he worked his way into Boston to ride your big 3’s coattails. Not to mention he was LA’s best defender when he was on the floor for your team.

Haha
It’s funny Cassell did not work out. But P.J. Brown did. I guess at that point in the season, a 50% success rate isn’t too shabby.

Sigh... Congratulations from a Lakers fan
Doing the trip around the Celtics blogs today.
Far, far too good. Well done Celtics.
My message to Celtics and all associated…
“Boston Celtics, congratulations.
Boston fans, enjoy your victory. It was hard-earned, and a long time in the coming. Savor it’s sweetness, especially given that it comes with the defeat of an old, old enemy.”
