Charity Raffle for Game 2 Tickets

(Boston, MA) – June 2, 2008 – The Boston Celtics and Celebrities for Charity Foundation announced today that they are holding an online raffle to win two lower level tickets to the Celtics second home game of the NBA Finals on Sunday, June 8th.  Proceeds will benefit the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation and the Celebrities for Charity Foundation.  The online raffle will take place at www.netraffle.org with tickets costing $2.00 each and a minimum purchase of 5 tickets.

In addition to lower level tickets to the NBA Finals, the winner will receive a $250 gift certificate for dinner at Tresca in Boston’s North End, a basketball autographed by the Boston Celtics, an autographed jersey from a Celtics player, two tickets to a regular season game during the 2008-2009 season including an on-court experience at that game. Entry deadline is Saturday, June 7th at 9:00 a.m. and the winner will be announced by 10:00 a.m.

The mission of the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation is to extend the reach of the Celtics championship legacy into our community. The Shamrock Foundation benefits our children directly, through programs that provide education and support. The Shamrock Foundation also partners with community based organizations that provide healthcare, shelter and vital services for children in need.

Tickets can only be purchased online at www.netraffle.org .

The Celtics shut down Lebron and even though people will say Kobe is way better then Lebron, which I might agree with, they still did it. This whole season the C’s have done what they needed to do and gotten it done. They will do the same in this series.

Thanks for sharing this link. I realized only LUCK will get me a ticket to the Finals. That is why I just bought 133 raffle tickets!!! If there is a basketball god out there they will draw MY number on Saturday.
