Off Season News
Well the off season is officially upon us. To that end I enjoyed this Steve Bulpett article because it was packed with info:
1. Perkins may need more surgery on his left shoulder. Not cool. As a result he turned down USA basketball's offer to scrimmage with the Olympic Team this summer.
2. Rajon Rondo turned down his offer as well. No reason was given. Of course in addition to working on his shot and other aspects of his game Rondo has a strict roller skating regime. I'm not even remotely kidding.
3. Due to his drop in playing time at the end of the season Eddie House may not be back. Bummer...
4. Some interesting names thrown around for free agent bigs.
5. Tony Allen's future is a mystery.
Thanks to Loy's Place for the heads up on this one.

:) in retro spect....
Ya’ll don’t regret the telfair deal do you?
Nor getting kinda hosed in the 07 draft?
hello.
I’m a portland nutt, just comming on over to thank the green blooded celts for sparing me the insult of having to repay a ill advised wager about my own trailblazers going to the playoffs….
needless to say another reasurance bet was wagered to ensure I wouldn’t at lest have to pay anything…...
well I lost the first bet obviously…..and the second was that if the ptbs didn’t make the playoffs that the celtics would win the championship….
Good job celtics…and how are you all dealing with those hangovers? or are you still celebrating?
The Faith
You're right
A little while after the deal Celtics fans fell in love with Rondo’s game even though it was incredibly raw. It became annoying that Rondo sat behind Telfair and Brandon Roy looked great of course. Yet Ratliff’s expiring contract kept me from going too negative. And yes ultimately it was great. As far as celebrating looks like the team has that covered for now.
Green Bandwagon: Celtics '08 or bust. Are you on the bandwagon?
