After all of the hype game 1 is finally here. I wanted to post something today but realized I didn't have much left to say. It's time to watch and enjoy the game. Go Celtics.

He really seems obsessed with comparing this to Willis Reed. He just needs to move past it.

Entirely Different
Willis Reed was really a mess physically during that game. I’m not saying Pierce wasn’t hurt. But he was able to contribute at a much higher level than Reed was. I’d hate to think we’d overshadow two strong teams that match up well and are going to battle by constant talk about the past. I couldn’t even watch the Magic/Bird split screen. It was too much. Great win for the Celtics. Need to come back ready to go on Sunday.
