PrintDeval Patrick and Arnold Schwarzenegger, governors of Massachusetts and California respectively, have taken part in a time honored tradition of betting goods from their states. I'd say Massachusetts got the winning end of this one. Would you rather get a case of wine that was shipped cross country or 17 pounds of clam chowder?
