Meet The Draftees

draft08.jpg

So, Erden rills our "tall white guy with oddly large number that never plays" role vacated by Scot Pollard.  David Wesley's long lost son is carrying on his father's number tradition.  And perhaps we can convince the Buckets Brigade to set up shop to cheer on Walker.  No, not Antoine Walker, the new guy.  Numbers day is always a fun time in Boston.

What it the true height of Erden? He’s been listed anything from 6’11" to 7’1".

And this from the Patriot Ledger… “The 21-year-old Erden, who is 6-foot-11, missed playing time this past season in the Turkish League due to a KNEE INJURY…” Are the Cetics living too dangerously given that the other kid, Bill Walker, is also injury prone?

86, 4 and 12….hmmmm before this year our last championship was in 1986 (86) and it was Banner 16 (or 4 12). I just recently watched the Movie “23”.

Has Ainge found in Erden a Euro who isn’t as soft as a marshmallow? Probably looks as least as good as Scal in a suit.
