The Metrowest Daily article on TA is interesting. It shows us something of Doc’s “carrot and stick” methods with players he thinks have great potential. He’s been hard on Rajon Rondo and this article shows the same with TA. Doc almost treats these guys as his own kids. If he didn’t care about them he wouldn’t put in the great effort he does to teach them and to push them to become the best they can become.
