I’m intrigued with the idea of the Celtics making a play for Kwame Brown. He could be a good backup to Perkins, especially with Thibodeau and Ray there to guide him. But I doubt we could outbid Miami. All they have at center currently is Mark Blount. (Ha!)

I wonder if the Lakers are letting Turiaf go to make room for Posey.

If Posey becomes a Laker I’ll scream.

Why not making an attempt with Theo Ratliff?
Is an unrestricted free-agent,he wouldn’t ask much money,it would be perfect to me.

To call Brand Carlos Boozer redux is ridiculous and unfair. Brand never had a “handshake” deal with the Clips. He opted out of his contract and shopped his services around the league, which he was absolutely entitled to do.

And if I were Brand, I would have taken LESS money to leave the Clippers. As for B-Diddy, he took the money and has no cause to complain. Besides, he’ll love playing with Chris Kaman and Cuttino Mobley.

This is hilarious that Davis went to the Clippers and Brand is out. Davis should have waited for Brand to resign. That way he’d still have GState with its bird rights and sign & trade possibilities. I believe the karma punishment is one year out with injury, since Brand already had that, he might get away with pulling a Boozer.

Really just confirms the lack of Duke integrity.
