Gee, the Spurs sign Mason, after Brickowski’s persuaded me to start hoping the Celtics might pursue the guy. A little knowledge can be a depressing thing.

We should have never lowed ball Posey to start with. At least offered the $5.58M for 3 yrs to start, if he balks and wants 4, we give it to him, he insists on 5 yrs, adios.

This deal should have been done long ago.

We never had a realistic shot at Maggatte at $5.58M and we offered/didn’t offer for him, low-balled Posey too.

This is not the way to get things done. More and more teams getting interest in Posey and somebody may truley overpay because we didn’t give it a good shot from the get go.

if we can’t shop, we trade.
