Pierce Stopped, Not Charged

TMZ is reporting that Paul Pierce was stopped for an illegal lane change and "driving erratically" but he was not charged with anything.

Law enforcement sources tell us Pierce was stopped in front of the Tropicana Hotel and Casino and given not one but two field sobriety tests, plus a breathalyzer for good measure. He passed all three!
Although Pierce registered on the breathalyzer, he did not blow above .08 -- the legal limit.

though…think of all the poop he’s been thru to get to that ring…including a
stabbing, gosh darn pitino, antoine times two, vin to the baker, jim o’brien, an 18 game losing streak, the ace bandage incident with after the tinsley scuffle…

at least he was below the limit…that’s a major bonus.

A triple single? How do they determine when someone is driving
erratically in Vegas? That must be a tough call.

I was in vegas last weekend. driving there sucks. and way to go PP, that you passed! i wonder why they gave him 3 tests? nice, huh? how come i think if he was brian scal he’d have gotten one at most…maybe i am wrong.

Good point Greg. Crossing a street in Vegas is like running through cross fire. Either he was driving really bad or there wasn’t enough cars to blend in with.
