Cavs Copying Ubuntu
They say imitation is the most sincere form of flattery. Brian Windhorst makes the following observation about the Cavs:
Now, even if they wouldn't admit it publicly, they are employing some of the chemistry building maneuvers of the Boston Celtics, the result of being vanquished in last season's playoffs.
...
Brown doesn't have a fancy foreign word, but he started emphasizing the English equivalents. The major theme during the season, on paperwork, blackboards and spoken in meetings has been "Chemistry=Trust." Brown repeats the word "trust" over and over in practices, meetings and huddles.

Ive noticed the cavs have modeled themselves after last years celtics in alot of different ways…Not taking a night off…ubuntu…Bench enthusiasm, etc
More power to them…Ive also noticed every team we played in playoffs except for Detroit came out with a new sense of urgency and commitment to defense and trying to get homecourt

Great comment, TAR. As a Cavs fan, I admit that this team is incredibly more cohesive than last year’s. The one reason why is the lack of Larry Hughes. He didn’t enjoy it here, and some of the team did not really like Drew Gooden. Moving both of them to Chicago and getting willing role players in return was a huge move. Mo just makes it that much better. Of course, winning helps as well…
