Sounds like Sheed is 100% on board, it also looks like it the way he interacts with the team. I’m loving the team chemistry right now.

who cares about the sheed quotes anymore, if he wasnt gonna get along and go along with the team he wouldnt have came here in the first place, no1 forced him to come here. So people puttng up dumb quotes r just trying to assure themselves its gonna work out when every1 already knows it will

i hear you but i dont. i think jeff + staff are putting reassuring sheed quotes because the majority of fans (including CB staff) were skeptical of sheed given his perceived “antics” on the court.

that said I have been a huge sheed fan the past 10 years and i know what this guy brings to the table. in fact i have been saying as long as i have been a member here that he would be the perfect frontcourt piece to the puzzle.

time will tell but i feel like we will all be happy the way this is gonna turn out

the quotes are not simply put up to pacify worrying minds. it is reporting. we come to this site to debate but also to learn as much as we can about what is going on in the celtics’ world.

your protestations seem to say little about the site and more about your own need to reassure yourself in the very way you attack in others.

the quote

is not meant to reassure people that Sheed is a team player. it is simply a good quote that our very own Tenacious T used in his story and Jeff thought that some people would find it an interesting read- which it was. If you read it, which you probably didn’t, you’d see that the quote was directed more towards Doc Rivers and not Rasheed Wallace.

I enjoy the input or responses …either way… to me it just shows a little insight into his personality as he fits in here.

I’ve been following him for his career and have always ‘enjoyed’ his personality and game. The actual article is quote laden and is meant to be somewhat light hearted. Not everything is supposed to be a major opus.

It also has Sheed backing up Cousin It’s supposition in an earlier article that Wallace is a power forward ‘that has played center’, but isn’t a true center. He talks about gaining weight to deal with the bigger centers in the east.

Of course if your playing center for three years and doing it well as Sheed has….
