NBA Video Rule Book
The NBA unveiled a nice tool for fans to see examples of fouls and other violations. I was sure that Perkins would be used as an example of an illegal high post screen, but no dice.

NBA needs to find other clips from other teams to show examples...
I think I saw about 20 clips showing how the Celtics make the fouls or cause flagrants. Dang.
