Tony Allen’s legal issues stemming from an August 2005 fight are now behind him. According to Rahsaan Gordon, attorney for Marktwain Johnson and Nigel Odum, Allen has settled a civil suit brought by his clients against the Celtic guard, the White Palace restaurant and the security company hired by the restaurant. Allen had previously been found not guilty of aggravated battery in the matter, during which Odum suffered a fractured orbital bone and a gun was fired.
