The preseason: where losing happens and nobody cares.  This was the last time all the starters will play before the season opener but the starters didn't even finish the game.  I would have hoped that the reserves could still beat the Knicks starters but oh well.  And since I didn't see the game, that's about all I have to say about that.

• Scal twisted his ankle late in the game, he'll get X-rays today.
• Sweetney was sent back to Boston with flu-like symptoms.
• Al Horford says Paul Pierce owes him $10 grand.
• Kevin McHale is headed to NBA TV - he was always a good quote.  I think he'll be good.
