I two believed Daniels was not very good. I read this in the Pacers blogs. They said he was always hurt, he spent his time in strip clubs. The blogs lied Daniels can play and very good I might say.

Yes he has been very impressive
He is a very versatile player who can play mulitiple positions,
He is also is a very good low post offensive player and driver to the hoop.
He is very long and can score easily against many guards who defend which will give the C;s another scoring option.
He has fresh young legs is very active and athletic.
He will play a major role off the bench this year along with Rasheed as we drive for banner # 18.
Great signing Danny .

He reminds me of Posey
Though Daniels is not as great a defensive player as Posey since he does not have the bulk, he is not that shabby defending players since he has length and long arms.
Daniels plays alot of positions, is a consistent player on the court just like Posey was.
Daniels gives us another offensive scoring option like Posey did, the only difference being is Daniels likes scoring, driving to the hoop and Posey liked scoring from the outside.
He is going to be a huge player for us this year and adds great depth to the bench especially since he plays so many positions.

I've liked Daniels for a long time...
… and frankly, didn’t think we had a shot at him. I was thrilled by the signing, and remain thrilled. He’s a starting caliber player, acting as our 7th man.
