one MUST have a sure ballhandler/playmaker in the game in the fourth quarter, let alone against a team like orlando. it was pathetic to see the celtics bumble around while rondo sat on the bench. of course, allen lost the ball and house often looked like he had no clue. the game was lost because of the airheadedness of rivers and company who decided that talented point guards really aren't so important in fourth quarter comeback attempts. the celtic coaches have no clue how to use rondo -- even in other games, he is sitting on the bench too often when of course he can easily handle more minutes and the team could use that consistent long term leadership.

the celtics need energy and athleticism off the bench.. house is only good when he hits threes, but when he’s cold, he’s rather useless.. why don’t doc give more playing time to lester hudson to develop and be the backup point guard? though he’s a rookie, i believe he’s got more to offer than house..
Not true
House is good for spacing. Rondo wasn’t doing much, and his man was cheating off. Given Rondo’s stubbornnesss, the only way to get to him at times might be by making him watch.

There are a lot of things wrong & it's all Doc's fault
If he would stop trying to protect those old men and play everyone it would change the attitude of the whole team. NO defense no offense who’s fault is that. If the old men are to old to play play them half as much and play the kids.
Doc must.....
use Rondo, Daniels or Hudson as our point guard at all times and stop cheating during games and using House, Allen and even Pierce as floor generals.
Our offense is a mess and we need a good point guard on the floor at all times during a game.
I do not think the fans on the blog....
are “Alot of know it alls” like you say.
I just think they are giving their opinions on why the Celtics are in this slump.
After all that is one of the main reason we are all blogging, to express our view points no matter how wrong or right they may be.
