can't believe the attention this was getting on SC
makes me sick how much the media slobbers over lebron, they spent a minute discussing whether it should be a foul. its the last posession of a game and there was marginal defensive contact, and what caused him to lose the ball was jumping into Noah who was straight up and down. MUCH credit to the refs for swallowing their whistle there.
refs have shown much improvement this season
especially regarding favoritism to players like lebron. They called palming and a key charge on him against the celtics too.
That's because...
Stern wants Lebron to get frustrated and therefore leave Cleveland for NYC!!! Just kidding, but that’s my own conspiracy theory lol

A valid theory
Remember the jordan rules?

Rec'd. Not only did he not get fouled in any way he also traveled.
What a cry baby. Leboner should go crab dribble his way to NYC where they embrace his vaginaness like they did with Gay-Rod.
There's more to it than that...
LeBron and the Cavs were dominating opponents at the Q last year. Now, they are a below 500 team at home through the first week of the season. That should be getting a lot of attention. A team that had 62 or whatever wins last year now is looking at 48 – 52 wins this year, after they thought they made some significant improvements.
This is more important because if LeBron, who is one of the top talents of this generation, loses again this year it is likely he is out of Cleveland. The Cavs will be the focus all season.

I'm not a Cleveland fan...
but, on that particular play, LeBron was fouled. He would have never lost the ball if he was not bumped by Noah. I’m just sayin’.
Noah was straight up
and Lebron would not have made contact with Noah had he not jumped arms first into his body. The defensive player is allowed his own space and does not have to jump backwards to avoid contact from an offensive player, which is what Noah would have had to do to avoid contact on that play. Lebron has to get the ball up to the rim on a shot like that. Losing it was a weak play and he was looking for his usual bail out, just saying.
Lebron obviously flopped
That’s the thing.
Whether Lebron actually did make body contact with Noah or not, which I don’t think he did, people see Lebron flop like an idiot and think “Oh dude how was Lebron NOT fouled?!” Lebron didn’t flap his arms cause he was hammered, he did that to try and sell the call to the refs in the best, pathetically dramatic way he could, and it didn’t work. But, people saw that and were clearly sold.
It’s merely my opinion, but there’s no freaking way Lebron was fouled on that play. The only reason it could’ve went “either way” is because it was Lebron James and not…..hey, how about Perkins? No one’s going to “earn” that call in any other way but flopping like a loser like Lebron did. That’s the ONLY thing that makes this call “close”.
and of course the ESPN Propaganda machine
was saying that there was definitely contact and should have been a foul…
bottom line is...
the cavs shouldn’t have been in that situation to begin with, they should have been able to put the Bulls away well before that play. They got what they deserved. Just wait until Shaq starts complaining about not getting enough shots.
