"I don’t mind the amount of 3’s we’re taking at all," Rivers said. "What I don’t want is at the end of the game, is settling for them. I think we thought that we needed 3’s to get back in the game and we didn’t. We just needed to play. As far as the amount of 3’s we’re taking I’m fine with that. They’re good shots for us."

Heh
I just hope the 3’s don’t become a product of us not being able to produce from the key, or not being able to post up. Apart from that, the 3’s help spread the floor, and you’d hope the inside game will come naturally as a result.
Are you on the forums?
Cuz I’d like to TP you up man. Strangelove!
Seriously though, it’s hard but I think we’re one of those teams that go by the oldest cliche in the world of basketball:
Live by the three, die by the three.

I'm a big fan of the 3
I like the shots we’re taking, but if we can exploit a matchup down low like we could have against the Suns, we should take advantage of it instead.
signs of a tired team
when you are tired, it’s easy to launch uncontested jumpers, it takes a lot more energy to work the ball inside for a good shot. Unfortunately, tired legs also results in short rimming those long jumpers. After some rest we will be fine on all counts.
C's must reduce 3 point attempts a bit.......
and balance out the offense with more low post scoring.
3’s are fine when a club can hit them effectively like the C’s can, but you also have to develop and maintain a inside offensive game.
The C’s are scary when they set up in the low post and /or take it to the hoop strong.
We have seen examples of this in recent games where KG, Rasheed are setting up in low post and scoring effectively and Rhondo, Allen, Pierce and Daniels are driving to the hoop for slam attempts.
Again the key here is balance and not to over do it with the 3’s which I think the C’s do on occasion during some games.
