Bill Simmons Massive Trade Ideas Article
Bill Simmons really likes his trade ideas. I'm not a fan of his two Celtics ideas but its all in good fun.

Yeah no doubt
Prince is horrendous. Thank God these are only his fake trade ideas….

Agree with Jeff...
Clearly, Simmons is no fan of BBD.
I do like Prince…but the price is a bit too steep under Simmons` scenario.
the prince trade proposal sounds nice to me who is not a big fan of bbd
the trade of Calderon to the Celtics for Eddie House (EC), Tony Allen (EC), Glen Davis and $3 million is the one that cracked me up

I like both trades
Anytime you can consolidate several bench players into 1 player who is an upgrade over the rest, it’s pretty much a smart idea. I really like Caulderon too.
Sorry, but that statement is ridiculously wrong in the case of the Celtics.
Old teams need long benches.
On another note, thank god Simmons makes a lot of money and is well established as a writer, and no one connected with the Celtics will ever be tempted to invite him into the front office.
I disagree
While I can see the value in depth, the Celtics are a playoff bound team. Teams in the playoffs have a condensed roster, therefore it is optimal to have a better player come in than have an inferior player come in and 2 others sit on the bench. If KG goes down this team isn’t winning the championship, so depth is only so important. As I stated before, if they could consolidate the last few roster spots with an improved player, I’d absolutely go for it.

I agree with that
But not for Calderon. His only Nba skill at this point is foul shooting.
