No Hudson, again

I think its obvious that Hudson isn’t as good as some of the point guards available on the market, but until we make a move, you need to get him out there getting some minutes. If Rajon goes down, there is no way we survive without some kind of back-up point. Hudson should know a few plays and is familiar with the role that Rondo plays. If Ray or Tony or House have to take on the point role full-time, forget about it. I wouldnt even want to watch. At least get Hudson into the rotation a little bit until we make a trade, just to make us breath easier. Or until Marquis comes back.

But can anyone watch Eddie back the bll up the court anymore? And why does Tony have to dribble so high? And why does ball fill with helium and float away whenever Ray dribbles into the lane? Its because these guys arent supposed to be handling the ball as much as they should. They need to catch and shoot. Or for Tony catch and slash. I know Hudson isnt a true point guard, but right this moment in time, with Rondo nursing the hammy and Marquis & Paul out, I cant see anyone else to turn too. Like I said earlier, until we make a trade or Lue takes the suit off, give Hudson some minutes until things start shaking out.

Injuries are always a problem but that’s something we can’t do anything about. Listen things will not get better unless Doc plays the young guy’s. The owner is tired of spending money. He said no trades. So how do we get better. Play all the players we have. Doc is not going to play the young.

I was thinking the Celtics needed a lot more energy on defense. Why not get some of the young, hungry, and energetic players in there? I think we knew a win was highly unlikely by the end of the first period (if not before). Maybe some energy would have helped though.

I would have loved to see some extended minutes for Hudson (and some of the other young players near the end of the bench).

It doesn’t mean Hudson should take Rondo’s job, but in a game like that, some playing time and experience would be beneficial!

I thought the word meant we are all in this together…..I mean almost. The young guy’s are not in it. They don’t play. Maybe there just supposed to be well payed cheer leaders not basketball players.Doc is selfish (wants to win every game at the expense of the starters. Well I could be wrong he could just be stubborn.

Not for one minute do I believe that any of us know more about basketball than Doc. So he is intent on not playing the young guy’s. Stupid is as stupid does.

If a player can be traded “in the middle of the year”. Then why can’t a coach be fired in the middle of the year.
