..says one East scout
Found the following comment at Yahoo:
"Mikki Moore does not fit well with them at all, says one East scout. One of their problems is that Big Baby [Davis] can’t hit a shot outside of five feet. Moore does not help with that. His shot is awful. He can’t pass, he can’t put the ball on the floor. He provides energy, but not much else."
Davis is actually probably better shooting from 15 feet than trying to finish under the basket. It comes as no surprise than then this "scout" has no cluse that Moore actually _can_ shoot. This guy is incompetent.
Be respectful and keep it clean. Thanks.

Odd
I agree that BBD’s jumper is still erratic, but Moore has a good jumper.

There is a tiny difference between “erratic” and “can’t hit a shot outside 5 feet”…

That “eastern scout” is obviously suffering from mental degeneration… or is a Lakers fan but those two kinda go together don’t they?

Moore’s shot is mediocre, but he has range. He has an eFG% of .411 on jump shots. I wouldn’t call that “good”, but it’s probably around average.
For comparison, BBD’s jumper is at .332 eFG% (which is pretty bad, especially since jumpers account for over 60% of his shots), Joe Smith shoots a .427 eFG, and KG is at .447 eFG. Lebron shoots a Moore-like .413 eFG%. ;-)

the worst part is,
we need size of the bench, although smith’s shot would be nice, what we really needed was size, i think moore does that, just with length and bein 7 feet

I wonder...
who this scout is? If he is getting paid a penny, he is way overpaid.
