Report: Rondo Possibly Out 7 to 10 Days
A source has informed NESN.com's Liam Martin that starting Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo could miss seven to 10 days with a sprained ankle.
The measure is believed to be precautionary, as Rondo finished Friday night's game against the Cavaliers after suffering the injury in the first quarter.

Welcome Stephon
The next week is when Stephon gets in to the swing of things by playing big minutes. This is a blessing in disguise.
Losing Home Court Advantage
So I guess that losing home court advantage to both Cleveland and Orlando will be a blessing too.
2009 is starting to look a lot like 1985 or 1987
Coming off a championship, injuries starting to pile up, starters needing to go big minutes.

Do we know anything about big baby yet?
Were getting destroyed by injuries
HCA is definitely gone now :(
oh well..
i thought the injury wasnt that serious. i have played with slight sprained ankle before and had gotten well with it. get well soon!!!!
Man enough is enough
I try to hold my breathe when these injuries happen and hope it’s nothing serious. I mean KG and Rondo are big and without them there’s no chance to beat Cleveland and L.A. for HCA. I think like others have mentioned, just sit out the starters more and get the new/rookie/bench players more time out there.
Pruitt
should get some solid rotation minutes for the next few games. His time to show he belongs.
I'm goint to the Miami game on Wednesday
Knowing I wouldn’t be seeing Garnett was a tough pill to swallow, but now Rondo too!
uggh
Maybe I’ll get to see a closer game at least.
Either that or we’ll just get crushed.
Rondo Take's A Beating
We all talk about PP and Ray getting reduced minutes, but Rondo’s ankle, assuming it’s not bad, could also be a blessing in disguise. His body takes a beating every nite. A few days off could help him in more ways than one.
