Rondo Update - "Ankles Are Fine"
I know this has been covered already but I need to make sure the topic is well covered. There is simply no overstating how important this guy is to our team right now.
"I was limping and Billy didn't want to see me limp, so he just carried me," Rondo said. "I didn't slip or nothing. I'm fine. Ankles are fine."
Rondo, who had 20 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists, and 5 steals, removed his shoes late in the game.
"Maybe the tape was too tight," Rondo said. "It's just the tape job."
Celtics Hub tells us
When pressed about practice, Rondo replied that he “probably won’t scrimmage,” and just stick to offensive walk-thrus. According to Rondo, he “loves to practice” which is a great sign...

Rondo is amazing!
This guy just keeps going, his energy and confidence never seem to sway. He is truly our MVP and will no doubt be an All Start next year. I’m going to go out on a limb here but I think he can be the MVP of the league someday If we can keep our core together I can see it. The ESPN article yesterday was great, I didn’t realize he had that much swagger, I assumed he was kind of quite.
On a seperate note: It was great to see Marbury….“Finally”!!! do some things yesterday. This was sorelly needed. All we need now is more Tony Allen. Let him Play!…Let him Play!
If the Cowboys could only play like a team with passion and unity like my beloved
Boston Celtics, I would be happy.

Opened up a can...
Rondo is amazing, Captain Comeback is totally correct.
His vision, passing, ball handling, speed, accuracy…it’s fun to watch.
Don't fake the funk on a nasty dunk
