A blow.
If he’s hurt it will be a big blow for the Bulls. Hinrick has been playing very well. If Gordon can’t play it changes the series. At the end of close games he’s been their closer.

The Palace of Light
I don’t believe it. Post Shredded Wheat on Celtics Blog. I read their full page ad in the Wall St Journal last Thurs while on a plane and couldn’t figure it out. Went on their website to see whether legit or a goof. If that was the goal, score one for Post. I did forward to my sons. Again score one for Post.
So I’m sure some ad exec for Post or some Post Prod mgr is scanning these sites for reaction. I will admit I wouldn’t know what to do either for such a boring cereal but my age is probably the target consumer, not my sons, and you got my attention but what am I being sold? You put the “No” in innovation. Cute line but what about that message will move me to buy the product. We are a sports blog so I guess the boss at Post is throwing a Hail Mary. Good luck!
Celtics Blog, by the way, delivered on its part.

True that
It has nothing to do with Ben Gordon. I’m not sure enough how the web works. Was the Palace of Light ad seen at the top of all bloggers screens or only mine (for some mysterious reason). Anyway, when I saw it I blogged here which was just below. Its an extremely weird ad campaign but they have their presence everywhere, quickly – Wall St Journal paper edition, Celtics Blog, on TV last night.
Advertising isn’t advertising anymore thanks to the internet. It’s clicks and tweets and who knows where its going. All this “viral” stuff.
As for Gordon, I’m not sure what to hope for – keep him in the lineup for his lazy defense, or get him out becausee of his scoring ability.

It would be nice for a change...
If some team NOT named “Boston Celtics” would get to actually suffer an injury every now and then!

That was pretty ridiculous. But at least he didn’t do the Sam Cassell onions dance. That got pretty old fast…

Right, but he got a shot at halftime
Perhaps it tightens up after the game (like an ankle injury)

Gordon is OK
According to ESPN :
Bulls guard Ben Gordon is day to day with a hamstring strain he suffered in the first half of Sunday’s double-overtime victory over the Boston Celtics in Chicago.
An MRI on Monday revealed nothing unexpected for Gordon, who maintained several times after the game he would be ready to play in Tuesday’s Game 5 in Boston.

FoxSports says he's had the MRI
http://msn.foxsports.com/nba/story/9506328/MRI-confirms-strained-hamstring-for-Bulls%27-Gordon
Also says he’s listed day to day. Would be a tough blow to Bulls to lose him.
