And one thing I really despise is a front-runner, so I know for a fact that he's a master of panic, and when it gets time for his team to go in the postseason and do certain things, he will let them down because of his panic. I've been there before, I've played for him.

Sounds like the Big Aristotle has seen Ron melt down before, eh?

Why Is This UP? It has nothing to do with anything other than disrespecting Van Gundy.
Shaq is long gone, the Magic almost beat us 4 times so far, and if they have a problem closing out games, I will take it as a C’s fan, but winning because they can’t is a far cry from winning because we can’t be beat…

cause punks get punked
Make false statements like this one below
“The problem that players have, coaches have, and fans have, is they can’t fathom that the slap to the head (by Alston), which was minor, was a one game suspension. And what Rondo did to Brad Miler was nothing,’’ Van Gundy said

I understand your point but
1. I don’t mean to disrespect Van Gundy, much less the Orlando Magic and their fans. I was just poking some fun at SVG, but I’m pretty sure he’d understand that and take it for what it is. I mean, it’s Stan Van Gundy, you’re aware of his post-game press conferences, right?
2. The main reason is that I believe that the C’s didn’t exactly win last night game; the Magic lost it. And although I’m not one to usually blame coaches, I think SVG played a big role on that – and even his players seem to believe that. He didn’t think clearly about the strategy they should be using in the last minutes of the game. So, this post was intended to be more a basketball comment than talking smack.
3. I don’t think the Magic have a problem closing out games. I’m not even sure if I agree with Shaq. But yesterday, it happened as Shaq said: SVG had a melt down. That’s just it.

donnie marshall said the other day, that at times svg talks at the players and they tune him out- so it ain’t just shaq. but like doc says, you worry about your players not the other guys.

I said it on realgm...
this guy is as good as gone in the offseason
and Riley was very smart to ask him to leave when Riley took over as a coach and led to the team to a ring.
