Doc was interviewed this morning on Callahan's show:

He said that Ray played with a hamstring injury during the Orlando series, Pierce is dealing with bone spurs which may require surgery, and Perk may have surgery on his shoulder.

He also said that he thought their was a better chance Davis would return than Marbury.

The injuries help explain Ray's poor shooting and Pierce playing in slow motion.  To their credit, they did not whine about it in the media.
